According to Football Insider, Stoke City, Swansea and Queens Park Rangers are all keen to strike a deal for the 22-year-old, who is on the fringes of the first-team squad of the Premier League table-toppers and will be allowed to depart either on loan or permanently.
They face competition from unnamed clubs in Europe though for the midfielder, who is yet to make a senior appearance for Mikel Arteta’s side in the three years he has been a professional. He spent half of the 2020-21 season on loan in League One at Swindon Town and then moved on to Charlton Athletic in the same season, whilst he was a regular for Doncaster Rovers in the 2021-22 campaign.
The central midfielder has been a regular for Arsenal’s under-21’s in the Premier League 2 competition this season and has captained them on a regular basis, whilst he has also been included in two Premier League matchday squads.

We have three central midfield with Grimes Fulton and Allen, then Ntcham, Cooper and Congreve plus some excellent talent in the u21s (how I miss Jasper). I would rather develop our own unless they were nailed on to start every week. |  | | |

Where is Jasper? Great knowledge regarding the youngsters.
