I'd start next game with 4-3-2-1. It'd be Fulton, Grimes and Allen as the holding midfiled, Cooper and Whiitaker in attacking midfield annd Piroe up front.
It could easily change to 4-2-3-1 if needed. Not sure who I'd pick in defence, they're all shot.

We badly need to have a run of games without Grimes in the side, let alone a three of him alongside Allen and Fulton. That midfield just doesn't have enough attacking impetus in it, although Fulton has his moments.
Given the total lack of pace and flair in the team the drive has got to come from midfield, and that means Ntcham. Play to his strengths and keep the ball moving at pace instead of bogging things down in pointless possession and we'll see the best of him. |  |
