Thinking outside the box a little and I very much doubt this would happen. Wales should approach Ronan O'Gara to take over the helm. Back to back European trophies, a brilliant career in a very successful Munster and Ireland team.

Absolutely agree. I can see him going to Munster next then on to coach Ireland. The system in Irish Rugby is just so good these days.
