| Academy preseason games. Going? Forget it. 17:31 - Jul 14 with 1146 views | ReslovenSwan1 | I though I might pop in a watch a u21 or u18 game to while away the summer. Mt last view was the very enjoyable 10-1 v Birmingham. Great it was. Sadly the club it seems do not want me hanging around the place. No home games. No even sure where Trefelin is. It sounds close. https://www.swanseacity.com/news/academy-pre-season-fixtures-confirmed-0 I suppose I could sneak in at Llandarcy. [Post edited 14 Jul 2023 17:33]

My boy is playing against Swansea in an under age game prior to the game listed in that link for Trefelin on the same day the U21s play.

Liam Smith was the best. Electric fans wide left. Lissah was very calm and assured against a big number 9. Josh Thomas got four and had improved his finishing well. He however was careless last week v Brondby snatching at an open goal. Congreve and Cotterill worked like clockwork and Congreve is a set piece specialist. Lloyd the big hope was quiet on this occasion. Joe Thomas always looks good and has featured this pre season. Rushhesha and Hurford impressed but both have been released. Rushesha is the perfect signing for a lower league team to establish a possession game. Sweeper type as he is a bit short or DMF. Both 22 so if not ready move on I suppose. Hurford is a box of tricks.

I'm hoping Congreve comes through, we could use a dead ball specialist worthy of the title.

"Town of the mill" in English. Quite a few of them about probably. Just emphasising going to see Swansea play is not being welcomed by the club which is a strange attitude to take. I love Swans TV signing clips and anything with Trundle and Cyril but I cannot stand Wyndham and O'Connell who are lazy and committed to dumbing down. [Post edited 15 Jul 2023 15:13]
