At the moment these two are the front runners for the job.

If you was on the board at Cambridge who would you pick and why?

Garry Monk gets the job every time for me have some good memories of him here.

He is a stronger character than duff.

Would be nice to see him back in football aswell.

As for duff he is the biggest mistake we have ever made.

In what other industry can a future employer know that you you were sacked from your previous job because you were crap and still put you in the top 2 for the position.

Good agent and to be fair to duff he has a track record in league 1.

But I think the Cambridge fans would be way better off with monk.

Can we give them a bit of insight into what their letting themselves in for.
