This is a pretty minor case over maternity leave from what I can see . Easily solved by arbitration. Two side enter into arbitration and accept the result.

On this case the claimant has gone double or nothing and the Judges role called into question. I hope she is not using the deep well of His Majesty's Government for funding her case

The original case was in 2022 four years ago.

On this other hand if the Judge is unfit then he should be removed and she has done a good job.
