Knife crime has surged by 5% in the past year, according to the latest release from the ONS, marking a concerning rise in violence across England and Wales. According to police records, there were 48,716 incidents involving a knife or sharp instrument, compared to 46,367 the previous year.
Of course not, but maybe they thought police were being a little more robust with them waving the English flag, than they usually are with people waving flags of other countries.
Apparently 2 teachers have been stabbed and 3 pupils, school is in lockdown. Air ambulance has taken one of the victims to Cardiff hospital, the other injured are ok, and at this point there are no fatalities
Unverified reports say there has been a woman/girl arrested.
