Which part of Derbyshire.? Upper Peak ? I went to Eyam not long ago and it was a fascinating place. It was a plague village that quarantined itself . Food was left on the boundary stone which I visited . The original houses are still there - stayed in the Miners arms in the village , good pub I want to go to Cromford too . Matlock was a favourite as well. |

It was interesting listening to Jaime Carragher commentating on the Liverpool v Man Utd game . He said that after 3 games he could see a definite pattern of play and structure in the Liverpool team under new manager Slot . He also said that he couldn't say the same for Utd there was no pattern and it was disjointed. There were comments on here from fans saying the same thing about the Swans . There doesn't seem to be a pattern of play and we are now managed by Williams for longer than Liverpool under Slot. |

Just come back from there - not a free Palestine flag in sight , streets were clean - no litter , Turkish national flags very prominent , People friendly , polite and helpful. |

And that will mean if shisha bars are allowed to flourish it will only be a matter of time before a discrimination action will be pursued . It will be argued that shishas are predominantly , nay probably all used by and cater for a certain demographic.
The argument will be that pub smokers are denied the same smoking rights in their locak hostelries.Another ill thought out knee jerk piece of labour legislation. |

The Bulldog bash was banned . There had not been one incident on site in over 20 years. 50 000 + attending a day for 4 days.
The people of Stratford loved the bikers being there because they brought a lot of trade to the town . They were sorry to see it closed down , that tells you a lot.
It was shut down because of a murder that occurred miles away from the site on a motorway. |

Perhaps but the facts speak for themselves 145 arrests so far this year . People fighting for their lives in some cases. 10 ambulance workers assaulted. Inspector Neville ex Met. Insists its the ultimate in 2 tier policing.
Theres an air of foreboding no matter how you want to dress it up. If football had these sort of figures every week the game would be banned. |

Ive been to the Notting Hill carnival .
As a minority in the midst of a Jamaican themed carnival You never really felt at ease in my opinion . Large groups with loud behaviour can be intimidating and you felt the "wrong"look can be the catalyst for pretty.much anything. |
