It won’t be easy at all. Their form suggests they have improved dramatically from the shambles they were earlier on in the season. I wouldn’t be disappointed with a draw. People seem to be framing this as a do or die game though. Even if we lose to Wednesday, we’ll have seven games left and will only have to win a couple of them. We’re going to be fine. |

That’s a fair answer. If I thought there was any realistic prospect of us going down, I’d say the Swans game was more important. I just don’t. I wouldn’t worry about our last relegation season. We were one of the worst teams in the league and looked like going down most of the season. We just had a mini revival under Carvahal that almost kept us up. That’s not the case now and hasn’t been close to it since Duff went. Tomorrow’s game is huge. It’s the same standing as the Paul Bodin penalty miss and Russia at the Millennium stadium that most of us still remember today. |

The problem with club v country is it almost always ignores the relative significance of both matches. Anything on it for the Swans and I’m 100% with you. Reality is we’ll probably need to win two of eight matches to stay up. We’re safe. It’s a cup final for Wales. Appreciate some people aren’t bothered by international football and that’s fair enough. |

Because we had the biggest stadium and nearly filled it once. Up there with Mark Gower once being the best passer in Europe. Let’s not even pretend we’ve ever had a bigger fanbase than the likes of England, France, Germany. If we’re qualifying for tournaments, I couldn’t care less where we play. We hadn’t managed it in my lifetime until 2016. |

And this is why the question is flawed. Everyone on here is passionate about the Swans. People’s interest in the national team varies from equally passionate to completely disinterested. People who aren’t bothered about Wales are going to answer this the same way I would if it was between the Sheffield game and the rugby team winning the grand slam. |

If I genuinely thought we were in relegation danger I’d agree with you. I’ve been pretty clear on here I’ve always been very confident we’d be fine and I’m even more so now. The Sheffield game won’t define our season. The Poland one will. |

Yes, but that wouldn’t happen. Even 50,000 people in the Principality and it’s going to feel hollow. Take the advantage away from us. If the demand was there to fill it, it would be a no brainer. |

In a like for like scenario yes. With you 100%. Not the case here. |

Demand is climbing because we’ve been doing well. I’d guess we’ve been playing there about 10 years. In that time we’ve qualified for two euros, a world cup and potentially another euros next week. Prior to that, nothing for over 50 years. As much as I’d rather the games be played here, that’s not realistic and the evidence is pretty compelling that we do better in a packed, hostile stadium. Appreciate some people, me included, can’t get tickets for big games, but that aside, it’s not broke and doesn’t need fixing. |

I’m going heart over head on this one. Home advantage probably makes it a 50/50 |

We’d have to have significant success first. Qualify for a couple more tournaments and hold our own, there may be demand for it. As it is, we’d get nowhere near capacity most games and the atmosphere would suffer. Belgium, Ukraine and Croatia would much rather play us in a half empty stadium. |

Well this is just it. Barring an absolute disaster, we’re staying up. Tuesday is a cup final. Last sentence - 100% agree. |

Giggs would have had a lot more caps and goals if he’d taken Wales more seriously. |

Poland without a doubt. Sheffield Wednesday is not a cup final. Understand some of our fans aren’t bothered about the national team and that’s fair enough. For those that are invested in both, there’s only one answer. If the dilemma was Wales qualify but we go down, I’d give a different answer, as I suspect most would. |

Just give up. You’re normally a decent poster. No point inventing stuff about neutrals. We all know you’re making it up. Anyone thinking that was the worst Swansea team for 20 years didn’t watch the reverse fixture. |

Went did you? Fair play. Great season for you guys though. Won your cup final in September and may even finish above us. Is there an open top parade or is Erol just getting the keys to the city? |
