8 games a season for the last 3 yrs with a total amount of games around 120 probably more with cup games and he's played in 24 of those games, was he substituted or went on as a substitute in those 24 games, I wonder, strewth. Gutted for him, but the omens don't look good. |

24 games in 3 season say's it all for me, we can't afford to offer him another contract in the hope that his injury days are behind him, because its obvious that they are not. Sadly for him and us it has to be a parting of the ways, can't see what the alternative is. |

Do they, I haven't really noticed to be honest, just when I heard that he was 75 I thought it was young this day and age, but loads of people pass away much younger. |

Dreadful disease. Best Wishes Phil Dowd! |

Yet another sad day for Football, great player for Forest and formerly for Liverpool. Had he been ill? 75 seems young these days. |

Fair play, you've way more patience than me Whitey, I've long since given up. |
| Forum Reply | 🔴 Rob Page to stay on for two more years at 17:38 28 Mar 2024
His tactics in picking Moore slowed our attacking game totally, I get it that Brooksy wasn't well enough to play, he looked ill going on and looked sadly worse when he came off, but we surely could have played Dan from the start with Johnson up top, Moore totally negated our forward play from the Finland game, not Moores fault in fairness and he did well works hard like he always does, but should have come on after 70 mins. That said we were very unlucky in the 90 minutes, but still we had a golden opportunity, but fluffed our lines, Page was as gutted as the rest of his players and us fans, but we're out and he's got to accept responsibility for that. Gutted absolutely gutted, not enough going forward with Moore starting, no dynamism like we had going forward against Finland, Brooksy was clearly unfit and we missed him starting, him and Jordan James were superb together last week, massive shame after such a great opportunity and now its another massive rebuild with the age of some of the players, especially Ben Davies who was awesome tonight, he's 31, Moore about the same Wilson 28, Brooks 27ish. Gutted for Dan James as well. |

Without staff they wouldn't be able to function as a business though! |

Nor would aye, it needs to be stopped because its bound to affect low parts of the river at some point, think the Severn is suffering in parts, the Barbel at Bridgnorth have virtually disappeared these days. |

I know, I've read many of them, can only repeat what I've been told I can put a youtube vid up from Dave Roberts in which he talks a lot about it, but he chats as he fishes, so probably not a lot of interest in it for most. He's a friend of mine, but I didn't see when I was there a fortnight ago, he was in Ireland on business. |

No money in sustainable agriculture, a balance needs to be found it won't be easy of course it never is, especially with the naysayers stirring the pot. |

Great post Bulithy as I posted below that I thought you'd have info on the upper reaches, the more pollution that enters the further the problem will spread. But as I said above this post that the river in and around Hereford, Ross on Wye and Monmouth areas haven't been affected, the River Lugg at Lugwardine at Hereford and the River Monnow have fished very well this last season from what I've been told, which wouldn't have happened if there was pollution. |
| Forum Reply | The river Wye at 12:59 24 Mar 2024
The Wye controlled by HDAA has been in excellent form for fishing record catches week on week, got a few butties up there and I know the bailiff very well and when I speak to them about pollution, they tell me that it's not causing issues on the River the decline in the Salmon catches is vastly overstated, people still regularly catch Salmon there, the so called decline at the time around 20yrs ago coincided with them opening the dams and releasing cold water into the river which affected the catches, its a spate river and it can rise from a normal level by 3 meters or more virtually over night, it was 6mtrs above normal at one point before or just after Christmas, it rose 8 inch's on the day I fished there and continued to rise overnight it was nearly 2mters above normal the day after. I don't doubt that problems can arise due drier conditions, especially in the slowing moving sections and action should be taken against polluters, jail time if deemed necessary. Builthy could probably provide more comments, hopefully he'll read this and do so! These guys are on the river daily |

Wales progressing for me, one off game to get to a prestige tournament is important to keep growing the Welsh National team in my opinion. Swans will beat Wednesday they should anyway. in my opinion. |

I not sure why people are surprised, its not as if Felix hasn't got previous for supporting his right wing chums. I've had more than enough experience of the NHS in recent years, its run by bureaucrats most of whom couldn't give a stuff for patients, Doctors, nurses etc are hamstring by these people who create positions and then try and justify those positions. Putting staff on wards who have been in the country for a very short time and then let them loose on patients unsupervised and without the required training. [Post edited 23 Mar 12:25]
