take out our frustrations on here and get it out of our systems. Frustrations we have with the team, the old board, the new board, the manager, whatever. But when we kick off on Saturday lets all get 100% behind whoever wears the shirt on the day. Last thing we need now is for the team to think the home crowd are on their backs. Treat them like superstars for the ninety minutes. Then, if they deserve it, slag them off on here again after the match. Most will do exactly that, but there's a couple behind me if we beat Chelsea by six, they will say it should have been seven or eight. Me? I'm the noisy b*ggar who disagrees with every decision the ref gives against us.

a couple of years ago, it was because I thought it was a forum for lovers of football and Swansea City football club in particular. It's moving away from that. The are a small minority (one in particular) who have nothing good to say about the club and half the rest seem to be carrying a personal vendetta agains other posters. It's uninteresting to read, petty bitching that is. I'm slowly getting disillusioned. It's worth staying on here for the good posters e.g Dr.Winston etc that we have. So before someone suggests if I don't like it leave, (I won't) some on here need to return to the concept of what the forum was set up for.

had my ticket today, for her first league game. She thoroughly enjoyed it, so she is not likely to go shopping on a Saturday afternoon any more. Might save me a bit that.

Swans with the signing of Tom Carroll for £4.5m or Stoke with the signing of Joey Allen for a reported £13.5m?

at the Evening Post live press meeting with Paul Clement. Uses so many words, and tells you nothing. He should have been a politician.

Olsson signed, but where is Tom Carrol? Maybe he's read Planet Swans or last Saturdays game put him off.
An ode to Curt
at 15:22 6 Jan 2017
Oh dear, whatever next?
Our Curt, dismissed by text,
Don't you think it's rather crass?
Someone's showing lack of class.
Always proud to wear the shirt,
Now his feelings must be hurt.
They say he'll have a job for life,
And think that it won't cause him strife.
Someone has a heart of stone,
To let him know by means of phone,
Surely he deserved a 'face to face'
Cos no one ever can take his place.

Sent off in 33rd minute tonight.
Do we work on throw ins?
at 09:56 20 Nov 2016
Other teams seem to use throw-ins to an advantage. We usually give it to the other side. The thrower-in seems to stand an age at the touchline waiting for some movement from a free player, which often never comes. Check against Palace how many times we gain an advantage from a throw in, and how many times we give away possession from them.

sitting on the next table to me in the pub last night. One of them had Planet Swans on their I-Pad. They had tears running down their cheeks reading out loud some of the negative comments on here. I never though I'd see the day when we were a laughing stock for scum fans. By the way, three of the four thought we'd stay up.
Everyone was happy
at 09:29 21 Aug 2016
after the Burnley game which we won, very little moaning on here for the entire week, everybody happy. Now lo and behold we lost yesterday and the moaners are out in force, the armchair critics acting as though they've spent forty years as a pro coach. Now suddenly hardly anyone we have in the team is good enough. Fact is you get good days and you get bad days, some you win and some you lose. Thats sport for Gods sake, if you can't take it go shopping on a Saturday afternoon. Sure we were poor yesterday but next week we could be top of the world again. So come on people lets not turn on the team when it needs ouur support.

this week a man was sentenced to twelve months imprisonment for setting fire to another mans hair whilst he was sleeping. Little wonder they slap their heads up there, maybe they are trying to put the flames out, "just in case like"

I've been told he was training with us today. Anyone know if its true? If it is, why?

have banned the Welsh team taking their children on the field after games. In times when there are some countries that don't mind blowing up their children in the name of religion, is it not good to see members of a country where they are demonstrating that they love and cherish their children? All in the name of health and safety.
