The Frankie Friday Music Thread.....RIP 07:01 - Apr 4 with 2041531 viewsLblock

Here I am starting this from my recovery bed and no clue how to link tunes on an iPhone!

Will stick on my offerings from a PC later unless the other knuckles thread is the preference to use?

House classics and dancey dazzlers only, no hijacking from suicide rock please!

In the beginning there was jack.......

Been meaning to update for years.
Can only be one.......

Forgive me for going early on this - I'm heading off for me wedding early this week.

Had to "Spackman" a few tracks that will feature -- a couple non-descript.

Enjoy the rest of your week people - I'm off to the countryside to become an honest man

All the best LBlock. Have a great day mate

Heard this yesterday...still sounds brilliant

Found this when looking for the above it's actually called Attitude by Ugli . I like it a proper dirty jacking acid beat ....goes nicely with the video

I'm not actually sure if this has been up yet haven't had a chance to consult FMR's spreadheet but thought of it the other day. Wasn't massively keen on it at the time but has a sort of nostalgia to it lol

I love that Sterling Void track Brixton. In fact I bought his first album and it is worth getting hold of (not least for the photo on the front!) However, did anyone realize the pet shop boys covered it?

Edit - here is the photo

Nice on Florida. I loved Blaze. They did a Motown tribute album called 25 years later that I still play now. Quite hard to find though.

I am not sure I have seen this one up.

Nice one Croydon I will try and have a listen of that album.

I actually quite liked the Pet Shop Boys version, not in the same league as Stirling Void but fair play to them for getting it to number one. I never minded them - thought west end girls was pretty OK.

Good to see a proper bit of jamming on the Frankie thread today with LBlock otherwise engaged and Disco AWOL. You going tomorrow ? I'm gonna be in the Adelaide for about 1 I hope.

This is what I'm hoping the West Ham defence is tommorow....
