Logan has to be taken out of the firing line, Diba has been with us long enough now and if Hill doesn't trust him then he shouldn't be on our books.
Interesting reading their managers comments, very impressive! Spoke about how he realised that they couldn't play their usual game on our pitch and so put on their taller and more physical players. Fully deserved their win in the end. |

IF we aspire to be a Championship Team we have a hell of a lot to learn, even against Huddersfield's C Team.....proper dicking in the end.

Is Logan training full time with us? Given that he's now been at the club for more than 4 months I'm amazed his weight hasn't (at least visibly) dropped. Despite his critics on here I still think he is a decent league 1 keeper, it's just a shame because we all know he has the potential to be a lot more than just that. |  | | |

Well, today was disappointing. In the past few seasons we've bowed out at this stage by being outclassed, unfortunately today we were largely the masters of our own demise.
I thought KH got it spot on tactically, hit them hard early on, press high, and they'll make mistakes. We got this bang on and created what seemed like two unmissable chances. Unfortunately Vincenti and Henderson fluffed both of them and the momentum started to shift.
Another keeper horror show from Logan and we were 1-0 down. After that we were up against it, and never really looked like getting back into the game.
By no means a terrible performance (Logan apart), and if Vincenti scores a free header from inside the 6 yard box it could have been oh so different. |  | | |

I couldn't understand what Hilly was waiting for before making the NML change,we were far too predictable up front and Hendo while he put a real shift in yet again he was on his own,the minute Calvin went off we should have put someone up top to keep hold of the ball to start with and link up with Hendo.... | | | |

That was a difficult one simply because up until 2-0 we were really good. They were very very lucky to go in leading at half time. We're toothless up front and every mistake our keeper makes seems to be punished to the full, so no matter how hard we work everywhere else it's pointless. |  | | |

Bloody busy on that M62 with 3500 dog botherers all clogging the road up!
End of the day we have made some dollar on a cup run and they showed that difference between us. Not the end of the world.

Agree with shun it was never a 4-0.
Dale the better side until the first goal then I think we suffered a bit chasing the game.
Oh for a downward header from pete v first half it would have been a completely different game had we taken the lead.
We gift them a goal.. And then we fall apart a little bit that's another disapointment.
Conrad needs to dust himself down and come out fighting..
I really expect a positive reaction v rovers next Saturday.

PV's header looked even worse from the TDS, he should have headed it straight rather than have headed it back across goal.

Very easy to criticise Logan as he was clearly at fault for #1 and #3 but if the header 5 yards goes in and/or Hendo can hit an open goal after rounding the keeper then Logan isn't likely going to trying to make something happen by taking a quick goal kick.

The lack of clinical finishing the last couple of games is definitely increasing the pressure. Previous home games have seen us get goals at important times, all of a sudden we aren't. | |

Logan has now had 3 poor performances on the spin, considering Lillis was dropped after the Bradford game where he wasn’t particularly bad - I’d have fully expected Lillis to start if not last Saturday then today if not injured. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a Keeper come in on loan by the close of the transfer window.
With the injuries to Bunney, Davies, Lillis, Lund and now probably Andrew and potentially the fact they are all out long term I’d hope we might find an experienced player to come in on loan. Premiership loans are all good and dandy but for every Heaton there’s a Barker.
As for the pitch, Wagner criticised it in his interview and unfortunately I can only see it deteriorating. The difference between the Shrewsbury game and today was marked. |  | | |

Not the result we were looking for,but the footballing gods were definitely stacked up against Dale and have been for the last week or so. Most of the comments thus far stated are from disappointed fans who were there today and with good reason,but there`s always tomorrow. As pointed out,Dale have certainly made a few bob from another good Cup run and with nineteen games in the season to go,there`s still heaps to play for. KH will get it sorted,as he always does. Two home games will have us back in the hunt if we win them,other results couldn`t have gone better for us today. Didn't think we were outplayed at all. We did well, and 2 clear goal scoring opportunities missed cost us. I said a while back, and was lambasted for it by you know who, that Logan is over weight. I missed the first as was heading for a pint, but it appears his distribution let him down. That 3rd though should've been bread and butter for a keeper.
He's obviously a good keeper but that additional timber must be causing problems. With Josh out for the season I wonder if KH will bring in cover? |  |
