Personal choice I suppose, she does have a bit off a slightly uphill on the way back home from the station
Normally walks both ways at each end 20 mins X 4
The average speed for ‘walk to the station’ walk would be about 4 mph, so in 20 mins that’s about 1.3 miles to the station. Sound about right? On a bike that would be about 7-8mins
Forget the e bike extra weight not worth it for that kind of journey

Don’t knock the cycle schemes,in 2016 I bought a Specialized Sirrus with disc brakes, upgraded the tyres to armadillos, ( still got them, only had one puncture) got all the accessories , lights ,helmet pump, front and rear mudguards, used it almost daily, did the London to Brighton on it and it’s still in pretty good nick, paid just under £700 over the year for it but the money is taken out before tax, I think the actual amount I paid was just under £500. Well worth it if you’re going to use it regularly.
favourite cheese mature Cheddar. FFS there is no such thing as the EPL
I used to cycle from Marylebone to Westminster in all weathers, including heatwaves. All the tube users at work used to say, "don't you get hot and sticky"? Yet the Bakerloo was a fetid black hole full of overdressed and overheated strap holders with lavishly moistened armpits.
In reality, once fit, you don't get hot on a bike as you are always cycling into a breeze. So showers are not essential. Main problem is carrying waterproof gear on the 5 or 6 days in year when it properly rains...

The Bakerloo has to be one of the hottest underground lines.
I was just in the queue for the COOP and someone walked out and jumped on the bike in your original post. Small neat design he just pushed off and away he went. I googled it when I got home and 33% off on this website if you're still keen. It says 'excusive app price' whatever that means.

As someone who used to commute to work by (push) bike, I would strongly recommend that she gets a normal, human-powered bike. She will soon get used to any hills. If your journey to work is feasible by bike, it is "free" exercise; no need to go to the gym for aerobic exercise when you get home, you have already done it. Time saved, back of the net. I only resorted to the car when my journey to the office became 15 miles. Ah the office, I miss it...
"Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1."

Yes agreed one of the great things I like about my push bike is the exercise but I can see the appeal of E-bikes.
Never more so than when I was on a cycling holiday in France not so long ago. Somewhere north of the Luberon (I forget where, between Forcalquier and Lacoste) having just scaled the highest climb of the trip.
Triumphant, I fling my bike to the side and spin around to take in all around me. To reap in the glory.
Dismay, I am greeted by the sight of a group of tourists on E-bikes toddling up the same road. Not a bead of sweat between them.

As I said before her choice, her money and she is old enough to make her own mistakes or not, advantages, and disadvantages hers to weigh up.

Yeah them girlies don't like sweat, ruins the make-up and all.
agreed, typical china b.s. rip off logo and hope you wont notice.
This bike probably works, and works well.......probably. But in many cases pay cheap, pay twice, and looking at their product page online, their paperwork, the price, and my knowledge of practices out there, i'd steer clear.
Besides if its faulty, then what? Turkey wont give a FF, China wont give a double FF, your only real assurance is buying a properly certificated product in the UK and pay by credit card.
