They won't.
WHU have come in for 2 or 3 young Brentford players over the past couple of seasons (most recently Maupay) and imagined they could take them off us for a song. Maybe they imagined that little old Brentford would feel so honoured to do business with their fine club that we'd accept their first (derisory) offer? Or their second one. Or even their third one.
Anyhow, we told them to "do one" in no uncertain terms and then got on with doing business with clubs who know how we/the system operates.
I daresay you know this already, but Gold, Sullivan and Brady are absolute filth.
