Have to say Bosh I disagree, a player who flatters to deceive but rarely effects a game, I think we probably ruined him like we seem to do with all our young players by converting him to a winger from a striker.
My real point is this. he's not had a look in for two years, he like some others got an automatic contract renewal as a reward for promotion he's not pulled up trees elsewhere either. If he really wanted games he would have taken a pay cut and moved himself on, but the reality is he is happy to take the £ until the last minute. Fair enough he gets some financial security reality is he is wilfully destroying his career for the £ |  | |  |

Bit harsh. Has gone out on loan and played ok at Charlton and Bristol City. He should be able to get a lower Championship side in for him or a top League One side. |  |

Going over the same old ground, Ephraim really isn't good enough for this level, he's mid to lower championship at best, he was good in spells in our promotion year but hardly amazing, he's a good finisher but very lightweight and goes missing. |  | | |

Shouldn't have signed that new contract with us if he wanted to play games.
The fact that so many managers have overlooked him repeatedly says it all to me.

If we plan to get back at the first attempt he can't be a regular. He has failed to to stake a first team place at any club he has been loaned to ( as far I can remember ), so probably low Championship to Div 1 at best. | | | |

IN the case of Cook and Rowly injuries and age have done for them, they were good enough had time and injuries been kinder.
Others less so, people moan about Mackie working hard but not good enough same applies here.
Has any Champ side rushed to make a proper (non loan) offer for him?
