Has anybody thought of how we can honour Stan both now and in the future?
Initially I thought of a statue but given the lack of space outside the ground in SAR this would not seem very practical. Also getting the local council involved to give planning permission would no doubt take God knows how long.
I have thought of a bust or maybe two. One would be for the Forever Rs Bar, whilst the other could be somewhere near the main entrance.
No doubt the club would be willing to pay maybe all the cost but any remaining cost funded by supporters. |

I travel from Downham Market. A new station is being built for Addenbrooks Hospital. Good excuse to use buses. East Coast main line having new signal system. Good excuse to use buses. Train drivers dont like working Saturdays Good excuse to hang around Kings Cross for Christ knows how long until one decides to turn up, but then no replacement driver at Cambridge More fresh air waiting for another train. All this on top of strikes. All I want to do is get home especially having seen yet another crap display and defeat.
If that is not enough the bloody fares go up soon. |

How many remember the time we took 2000 or more to a reserve game at Roots Hall to see the return of Rodney after being out so long with injury. I went and it was a brilliant atmosphere, we all enjoyed it. |

I have to say that it is about time each of the rail companies in this country charged by the mile. A standard UK rate would stop the likes of Avanti ripping users off and would be a far fairer system. You could have a lower rate at weekends to encourage leisure travel and make it cheaper for the thousands of football supporters who travel the length and breadth of the country week in snd week out. |

Why even think Critchley will not be here. The only way he will leave is if he resigns. What idiot would give a 3.5 year contract to somebody who has only been a manager once. Simply cannot afford to sack him even if we wanted to. |

What about Paul Hall who knows the club inside out, knows the younger players and we would save money which could be used in January getting in a goal scorer. We could also use Chris Ramsey a bit more |

When will people learn the difference between postponed and cancelled. Saturday games this week will be postponed NOT cancelled. Cancelled means they will not be rearranged but as we know they will be rearranged therefore they are postponed. |

Why do linesmen allow players to continually gain yards and yards when taking throw ins. If after one warning the s.d does it again book him. On the subject of rules what happened to the rule that when making a substitution the player had to go off at the nearest line, not the half way line always.
On injuries if a player is supposed to be injured near a line take him off for treatment, thus not holding up the game. If not injured he would soon be back on.I think this used to happen. |
