What actually is wrong with him?
Is he injured or ill again, as he was a month or two ago?
I haven’t seen any details as to what the problem is.
Either way, we really missed him last night and against Bristol City, and if he isn’t going to be available much in the next month or two, we are really up against it.

We do seem to take so long to get players back from injury.

It’s very rare that Martin goes with 2 up top.
Think he likes to have 5 across the middle to help us get up to 80% possession.
The scoring of goals is just a bonus, you see.
I am concerned.
Mowbray’s assistant manager Venus will have been fully aware of how Sunderland slaughtered us at their place earlier this season.
He will know that they can let us have the ball for long periods, but when they have it they go direct (long balls to Saints fan Jutkiewicz) and repeatedly target Manning.
