This is a tiny and pointless gripe compared to the inevitable issues that will come from this. But it has annoyed me that after Paul Morrissey reading the first question, the rest of them are just coming up written onscreen. Was hoping to listen to this while getting on with some things at home, but I have to sit and actually watch it now!
He's called it "Loftus" in the first few minutes - I'd just paused Simmo on the Patreon chat justifiably annoyed that nobody had corrected Ronnie Edwards when he called it that to listen to this.
The root cause!

The Loftus thing really boils my p!ss.
Another example of old Man shouting at clouds no doubt

Shouldn't that be Matrade Loftus Road.
You might expect a player like Ronnie to forget that but there's no excuse for the CEO forgetting who pays the bills.
Tut tut!

Are you looking to buy players from Norway? Why don't we have a shop at Westfield? Why isn't there entertainment after the game? Can I work for the club? Do you have open trials at the academy? How is climate change affecting how the club runs stuff?
Spare yourself 41 minutes, it's a lot to wade through to get the small nuggets of importance.
We have been above average for injuries so it's fine and they're all back this month anyway.
But more scarily, absolutely refusing to rule out us being part of a multi-club ownership group. I am very worried about that, very worried about his motives around that now.
As far as "Loftus" goes I don't really like it but I'm not that bothered. Da yoot is always going to find its own ways of expressing itself.
But if it's the club that is trying to develop this then it does create a bit of a problem around sponsorship for naming rights. I know that doesn't really matter at the moment because Matrade and Ruben are basically the same thing. But what about future naming rights deals? Sponsors might be turned off if the club itself is encouraging supporters to use shorthand for the ground.
Seems opportunistic and a bit short sighted.
But maybe I'm just another grumpy old git.

Here’s a clear, fan-focused summary of the Q&A plus exactly what was said about the stadium.
---
🎙️ Interview summary
In the latest fan Q&A, Christian Nourry (CEO of Queens Park Rangers) covered the club’s long-term strategy, finances, recruitment model and infrastructure plans.
🔑 Main takeaways
1) Long-term strategy
Nourry stressed the club is focused on sustainable growth, not short-term gambles.
Emphasis remains on data-led recruitment and younger players with resale potential.
He repeatedly framed decisions around financial discipline and stability.
2) Finances
QPR are working within tight constraints and must be careful with spending.
The model is built around trading players smartly rather than heavy owner funding.
He highlighted the importance of improving commercial revenue streams.
3) Squad and football side
The club is trying to build a younger, more athletic squad profile.
Recruitment is aligned with the head coach and long-term identity.
---
🏟️ What he said about a new stadium
This was one of the big fan concerns.
❗ Key message: nothing imminent
Nourry indicated there is no immediate breakthrough on a new ground.
📍 Loftus Road situation
His position in simple terms:
The club knows the current stadium limits growth.
However, any move or redevelopment is extremely complex and expensive.
Work is ongoing behind the scenes, but progress is slow and uncertain.
🧭 Linford Christie / new-build angle
He suggested the club continues to explore long-term options.
But he did not announce any new site, deal or timeline.
The tone was cautious — essentially “still working on it, nothing to report yet.”
💬 Overall tone
Honest but guarded.
Acknowledged fan frustration.
Emphasised the club will only proceed when it is financially viable and sustainable.
---
🧠 Bottom line for fans
QPR do want a better stadium solution long term.
But there is no imminent move or redevelopment confirmed.
Progress depends heavily on finances, land availability and viability.
For now, the club remains committed to careful, patient planning.

I hope you're kidding about some of those questions.
Look forward to seeing Burrell, Dembele etc later this month then.

All legit questions that actually happened rather than 'what is your relationship with agent Matthew Moore'. Though to be fair, I think he only said players will be back this month, he didn't say an awful of substance really

Couldn't be bothered to listen to him
The recruitment strategy is correct but fundamentally requires those players to be fit.

He was asked for his opinion on multi club ownership and he stated its success or failure was mainly down to the owners’ intentions and abilities to run each club they owned properly. He wasn’t asked if he wanted QPR to be part of a multi club ownership model and he’s not an owner so not sure why you’d expect him to rule anything out.

He's CEO, I would have felt good given that he is calling the shots, that he said 'that isn't something I am looking at proposing at QPR;. He didn't say that, so I remain worried

The anti-Nourry sentiment runs deep on this site, less so elsewhere. People have expressed dislike for him based on his accent, his background, how he looks, how he expresses himself, what he does or doesn't say... a lot of judgement, a lot of suspicion about his motives. Personally I think the guy's doing a decent job and deserves a break from the undercurrent of hostility.

Which bits of it gave you confidence in him? I liked his answers around the youth recruitment and recruitment in general. I like too that he is looking at alternative revenue

I think the vast majority of QPR fans feel the same way: a lot of suspicion at the beginning but it was reasonable and fair to give him time and two years down the line the positives outweigh the negatives l.

Mate does it not give you even slight pause for thought that one of the posters above asked “why do our Australian signings all come from the same agent?” and that was deemed not worthy of being asked, but somebody sends in “have you heard of Norway?” and there is time for that one?

Not really, to be totally honest.
Ok, well I’m surprised given your thoughtful posts on most topics that it doesn’t trouble you but that’s your prerogative. If other people are concerned by things like that, that’s their prerogative too.
