I've been melting in Turkey for the last week, so have been a bit out of the loop. Scrolling through my phone on the train home from Gatwick and one of the first things I saw was Marti favourite for the Sunderland job. I must admit I got a slight panic on. The feelgood factor around the club would be destroyed if he did a Beale on us |

Matlock is one of us, but unfortunately Paul Cook is one of those, even though he's from the Bush |

The Locomotive in Wick/Littlehampton. It's not a bad pub, but it's run by a typical short bald Chelsea maggot so I tend to go to the social club up the road, or 10 minutes on the bus to Arundel which has some lovely pubs |

That's in Doncaster. I actually went in there on my last visit to Doncaster in 2011. It's so shite it's brilliant |

I see Farage is now standing, after saying he wasn't standing. I don't think they'll get any seats, but it could mean even less seats for the torys. They could end up getting completely wiped out |

Anyone care to translate |
| Forum Reply | Marti Contract?? at 18:59 31 May 2024
Marti is off to Burnley for £750k, and we're looking at Gary Monk or Tim Sherwood to replace him according to someone on X. Not even gonna bother posting the link as it doesn't deserve it |

Had a couple of friends down the weekend. Had a lovely lunch down by the harbour here. There was a nasty looking foamy sludge being washed up by the lifeboat ramp that looked anything but natural. It's a national disgrace, and downright criminal what southern water are chucking into the sea down here, and the silence from the masses is deafening. You see people swimming in it, and allowing their kids to splash about in it. I wouldn't even dip my toes into the sea down here |

My brother was once physically nudged out onto a roundabout in Italy by some irate driver behind him, as he had the cheek to stop and look before entering said roundabout. He had to put his foot down and pray |

You should try crossing at a zebra crossing in Italy. In fact, I have no idea why they even have them. Absolute nutters |

They should put a little Fred Dibnah on top of it |

Amazon, deliveroo etc are a massive pain in the arse. The bloke who drove out in front of me was looking at his phone or iPad thingy, obviously looking at his next address instead of concentrating where he was going. If I had tried to stop I'd have ended up either splattered on the side of his van, or underneath it, hence I had to bail at 20 odd mph. Yes, those fckers really could be a whole other thread. Ps, it's not entirely their fault. A lot of the fault lies with this everything has to be delivered yesterday mentality of the general public who are too lazy to walk round the corner for their eggs and milk |

The only reason they played us then was because of covid laws, and they couldn't do their usual of gallivanting around the globe. Very impressed by whoever has managed to put these together |
