|predict the IX?|

It's harder to predict the team sheet than the score against Leeds. Nobody (probably including the players) has any idea what team the arrogant genius is going to pick for today.
This is the IX I think he SHOULD START
Bazunu, KWP, Bednarek, Salisu, Perraud, Lavia or Romeu, JWP, S.Armstrong, Aribo, Adams, A.Armstrong.
Here's what I think the madcap will produce:
Bazunu or McCarthy, KWP, Bednarek, Stephens, Salisu, Djenepo, Lavia, JWP, Romeu, Aribo, A. Armstrong or S.Armstriong
Either way, we're gonna lose 1-3.

And why not? She has proven herself at a much higher level and has a lot more to crow about than bloody RH. And also she has the benefit of not being an arrogant idiot.

sorry saints fan 73, you're way off. This man could be replaced by a monkey on typewriter and the results would probably be better.
Seriously though, the idea of him now having more sun options is laughable. When he did make subs last years it was usually too late or just wrong. Giving him more rope to be wrong seems worrying.
The old argument abut there beng nobody better to replace him is really in the end just stupid. Like a said, a monkey on a typewriter would do.

And for me this is the bottom line on Ralph....I can't name a single player in the last 3+ years who has significantly improved by being at Southampton....possibly exception KWP, but he was perhaps always good but not properly recognised elsewhere. Everyone else, from the Armstrongs, to Che Adamas, Y Valery, Bednarek, etc has regressed.

nick seems to think everything is down to goalkeeping and individual errors. Truth is, all players and goalies make mistakes, but 2 things happen that don't happen with the Saints. 1) Over time (let's say 3+ years) coaches and managers train players out of their worst habits; 2) If coaches/managers can't do that over let's say 3 years, they are replaced

yes 68, that's what good managers do...they coach the best from their players. All players are imperfect in some way, but coaches are supposed to minimize the effects of that, by effective coaching and by tactical rigour.

<<if he goes we'll definitely go down>>
How does that work? We've got two games left, neither of which is likely to bring us any points. So whether we go down or not now depends on whether Burnley, Leeds, and Everon can all overhaul us with their games in hand. That seems a bit unlikley, but by no means impossible.
But the point is, it's pretty much out of Ralph's hands now, unless he can conjure a point or two from Liverpool or Leicester.
He should go now. We should never have been in this position. The last 10 games have been a total nightmare (Arsenal game excepted). But more to the point, his very few positive achievements simply don't outweigh 3+ years of failure, underachiveing, and frankly, weirdness.

Ralph starts the season as he spent last season--making strange team selections. McC, Livramento, Stephens, Salisu, Perraud, JWP, Romeu, Walcott, Djenepo, A.Armstrong, Adams.
At least Redmond isn't starting, but this definitely looks dodgey to me.
