Wales Reach 10th In The World Saturday, 27th Jun 2015 17:28 by Planet Swans (follow us on Twitter @swansnews) The latest FIFA World Rankings when they are released next month will see Wales eclipse their best by making the Top 10 of the world as expected. The 1-0 win over Belgium that gave them clear control over their European Championship qualifying group and has now seen them break into the Top 10 in the World for the first time, beating their previous best of 22nd which was last month. It makes for a remarkable turnaround in fortune for the side that was ranked a lowly 117th in the World just four years ago and secures them a top seeding placement when the World Cup qualifying draw is made at the end of next month. England's own qualifying win ensures that they retain a ranking above Wales but all that could change in the coming months as Wales push on towards a first major championships final since 1958.
