Leeds United: Whites to contest friendly against Turkish opposition Sunday, 16th Jul 2017 20:43 by @LucasMonk_ Leeds United appear to have added an encounter with Bursaspor of Turkey to their pre-season programme. The match, which shall be Thomas Christiansen's fourth as United head coach, will be played tomorrow and is due to begin at 17:00. It is also understood that the game will be broadcast live on the Turkish side's YouTube channel. Bursaspor, who finished 14th in the Super Lig last season, are presently coached by former Rangers manager Paul Le Guen and the Green Crocodiles boast a number of esteemed internationals within their squad - such as Romania's Bogdan Stancu. The news will come as a relief to Whites supporters, who greeted the cancellation of the Ingolstadt friendly with profound disenchantment.
