Apart from the rain soaking us on the walk from the car park to the stadium, that was pretty much a perfect away day - and my boys had a great time!
Possibly my favourite bit was covering my 9 year old's ears as, on 80 minutes the home support started heading to the exits, the 1,500 strong Jack Army started a loud rendition of "you've watch the Swans, now f*ck off". 
It's a funny old game because all 1st half I was getting pretty animated at Stamenic for being a passenger...what do I know, said my son. To be fair, Louza and Kayembe seemed to have so much space in the middle of the park until Fulton tidied up in the second half.
Shame the goals were not up our end but you can't have it all! (and thank Lordy Tom Ince put that shot inches wide...) | | | |
