I understand that this type of incident is not untypical in Marseille.
But, it may be symptomatic of football in general. Even if the UK has, by and large, eliminated the hooliganism of the 1980s.
It's such a contrast with the recent RWC. I'm speaking from personal experience as I was in Lille and Bordeaux with fans from all nations. |  |
