An excellent interview.. goes into a bit of detail on Modric and Snoop but most intriguing of all is what he says about the commercial opportunities we have in the pipeline due to those 2 investing.. exciting times ahead for the club especially on the commercial side anyway..

I hope everyone takes the time to watch this. Just the potential for an increase in commercial income via sponsorship alone is tremendously exciting.
Thought Gorringe spoke well overall.
Mind you, someone had their pants down paying £300k for jetwashing. They can pay two locals £35k a year each and buy them a cherrypicker and It'd be cheaper than that.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

Really exciting interview and to see behind the curtain in a number of aspects of the club. After years of mismanagement it’s reassuring to hear that level of competency involved at the top of the club

I'd lick it clean for that price
They make us feel indebted
For saving us from hell
And then they put us through it
It's time the bastards fell

I thought Tom came across very well.
I would imagine other clubs will be looking at him.
Needs to improve his track record from numerous previous club’s. He is lucky he has a very supportive board and majority ownership. That makes things much easier. I will say he along with the global recruiting position, Worth (at the time) rescued the transfer window after Montague went off the boil though.
A great believer in taking anything you like to wherever you want to.

He's lucky that people fall for what he says. The hospitality has fallen off a cliff this season with their 'prisoner-of-war' menus. We had the best chef, Curtis, but he has gone to be first team chef at Cardiff City. The poor staff are sick to death with all the complaints in there. Things are nowhere near as rosy as he is trying to portray in this interview.

Second from bottom when it comes to income from match tickets. That's hardly surprising when the product on the pitch has been poor.
They should have pushed him further on this. Why is it so poor? Tom tries a cover up with working class area, but what are Hull, Preston, Wrexham, Middlesboro, Ipswich, Derby, Blackburn, Portsmouth, etc. No excuses; why is it so poor?

Is this the chef who is the die hard Swans fan? If so, surely not?
