Whoever we sign, he needs to be quick.

Without Nathan Dyer the team is severely lacking pace. This allows our opponents to play a higher defense squeezing the play in our half. Not only does this prevent us from attacking with pace when their defense is not so organised, but it allows them to regain possession higher up the pitch.

Having Bony upfront instead of Michu has also contributed to the problem, due to his lack of mobility. But Bony is a target man and shouldn't be running around like a lunatic. We need an outlet on the wings that can run past the defensive line and cause problems. This will force them to play a deeper line giving us more space in the midfield, then and our results will improve.

And Routs and Lamah have no pace ? I would suggest the reason we have been playing 'without pace' is down to tactics/ML's preferences...

Routs is quick over 10 yards.Anything after that and he get's caught up with.I did notice against Citeh that he seemed to be slower than usual or it could have been the pace of the Citeh defenders.

as a winger ince seems tailor made for our system:

he can take on full backs, cut inside, cross, shoot, and is young.

i think anything under 5mill and it's a good deal.

Poll: who will be our manager next season?

If Everton are involved we've got no chance. Challenging higher in the table, bigger club, pay more and he doesn't have to move home. Hopefully it's not true.

Even the bad times were good.

I think this could be exiting, hope its right!

I must say that routh have been awfull most of the season until today :) but I cant see Routh improve to be a elite winger or something close. He is just at best a average winger. Therefore i think its a good idea to buy Ince, who might have more to offer than Routh in the long run! And give us that X factor to setup the BEAST BONY!

Regarding Gwion Edwards, I saw him and his brother just now packing bags into the back of his car, looked in a hurry. Possible makeweight for Ince?

More likely another loan elsewhere I would have thought.

I don't understand why he was apparently coming down here to discuss terms when the people he would have needed to talk to were all in Manchester.

Which makes me think it's bullsh*t.

Unless his daddy fancies a day out on expenses, which is a possibility.

Feck em Everton, why they always try to hijack a deal
this is like 4th time i am hearing them hijacking a deal,
they made a late bid for Okore when he was moving to Aston Villa,
they made another late bid subsequently for Cornelius when he was moving to Cardiff.

Poll: Bony´s lack of goals, whose to blame ?.

I would have thought he would want to see the training facilities, stadium and have a look around the area he's expected to move to before making a decision.
