Think it's fair to add them to Stoke, Cardiff, maybe Villa, maybe Fulham (Huddersfield would make the most sense but they seem to insist on their dodgy sweeper keeper)... Brum spent £20m and god knows what on wages this year - if they wangle past or just ignore FFP they'll likely throw more on the bonfire. Doubt Monk came cheap or on empty promises either.
