Just watched Remains of the Day for the first time.

Good film, well acted. Left me angry and annoyed. Not at the film and story but at just about every character in it.

I don’t doubt that the “upper” class in this country act and feel the same way in this country now. But why do we suffer them and For a lot of people, feel like they are our betters.
