I must thank Senior Superintendent of Police in Jamaica, Winchester Watson, for the sound advice to not drive through water during the storm, as there may be 'oles.

I shall be listening to Jamaican radio on a regular basis from now on.

Poll: Thank God The Seaons Over.

Just been watching the scenes on the news, God only knows what will be left afterwards. Godspeed.

Wind is my least favourite weather.

Speeds of 185 mph is just insane.

Our weather is perfect, not too hot, not too cold, not too floody, not too dry, not too windy, we have the Goldilocks weather.

The stereotype that it rains all the time in the UK is wrong, if you compare the number of days it rains in London a year on average compared to other similiar cites in Europe and Northern America it is actually lower.

I am also really concerned about Cuba. Jamaica will get assistance from the US to help clear up but poor proud pariah Cuba will be left to its own depleted devices. I love that island and those wonderful people, hope there is a fundraiser to help our commie cousins.
