Top 10 Smartest Goals 03:56 - May 19 with 512 views

Following on from the humorous own goal thread I came across this clip of 10 "smart" goals.
Something to while away a few minutes of your Friday morning/afternoon/evening.

Some I'd never seen before particularly numbers 7 and 6 which as it turns out are my favourites.

I was going to mention the Dean Saunders one as I remember it happening at the time, I didn't expect it to actually be on the video. :)

Was definitely a smart thinking in the heat of the moment goal though.

The more I think about the more I think that the one where the guy falls over before taking the pen doesn't really deserve to be on a smart compilation. The keeper hadn't dived and was in his usual position and ready when the guy actually got up dusted himself off and took the kick. He got lucky that he struck a good pen!

Love the pen taken with the standing foot and the fake hit and then rehit one. Both take alot of skill.
