Never been to Seoul myself, or used a local budget carrier, but this has lots of names.
Narita is a long way out of Tokyo, but getting in isn't that hard. Depending on what part of Tokyo you're in it might not make that much difference compared to Haneda.

Flew internally in Korea with Asiana recently, they were quite cheap and perfectly good but noticeably lots of low cost carriers knocking around over there - Skyscanner or something similar your best shot as mentioned. Incheon airport in Seoul is immense, superb airport. You might end up flying in or out of Gimpo instead though which is far les interesting |  |
