So today I was coaching my 6 year old students at school and decided I'd sport the hoops to do so.

I was just standing still knocking balls for the little ones to take a touch and shoot. My 17 stone 50 year old body is good for little else after all!

One kid kept taking a touch then going backwards to take a run up. I said if he did it again I'd come to close him down so he had to be quicker, he did it again so I stuck to my promise but he got a shot off....I stepped on the ball....body went one way and knee went the other.....result was knee cap sticking outside the left side of my leg and a good inch higher than it should be! ðŸ¤¢

Worst pain I've ever felt......and as I lie here with leg in a splint completely incapacitated I'm putting the blame squarely on this cursed shirt ðŸ¤¬
