I mentioned during the week about the fixtures being lumped together in batches of 2 home or 2 away a few times each season, but there seems to have been a big cock up in recent weeks.
Both Norwich and ipswich are down to play at home this weekend,which never normally happens.Ipswich switched their game to today.Both sheffield clubs are playing at home this weekend too,but Utd have changed to playing today.Also last Saturday Newcastle and sunderland played home games on the same day,which again never normally happens.
I know a computer arranges the fixtures now,but I thought it was also done with the consent of the local police forces involved.Did nobody see the potential problems this might cause?
And our trip to Birmingham on Jan 2nd is the same day that cardiff are in town to play wba,so expect New st station to be a bit lively that day. |  | | |  |

Yeh for one moment I thought Sky had shifted Sheff Utd Bristol City to a Sunday lunchtime without a slot to put it in - it's on the red button behind the Livingston v Rangers thriller - but apparently it's because they ended up at home on the same day as Wednesday, which never happens. |  | | |
