Online Club Shop Despatch 09:56 - Sep 5 with 1118 views

Has anyone had any recent experience ordering from the club shop online? Ordered the 3rd shirt online on 12 August, forgot about it for a couple of weeks, emailed 3 times chasing, no replies, forgot about it again, just had an email to say it has shipped.

I'm really only buying it as a way to use up QPR cash but strikes me as completely incompetent. Feels like an easy thing to get right and a careless thing to get wrong.

In fairness, perhaps they were waiting till the end of the window so I could decide to change the order and which of my favourite players I'd like on the back...

Being a bit of a hoarder I ordered the away and third shirt from the club shop.

They only sent the third and I had to pay 24 euros customs as the shop didn't put it as a gift like I requested

I sent an email 3 days ago asking why the away hadn't been sent.

No reply... not a peep, it can't have sold out already? Its one of our worst kits, I only got it for the collection.

Will get a home cheaper later.

Anyone else had issues with the club shop before?

Third shirt is lovely though, even some Spanish locals asked me who it was.
