Look at the quality of the young talented players in the Hull City highlights picture.

We may have not got as much as we could have done by way of transfer fees for Manning (270 championship & 24 PL games) and BoS (126 championship, similar number in Turkey, 21 Europa league & 5 Champions League game. The poor treatment by the club playing a contributory role, but that quality of young talent isn't matched by Nourry's current intakes; Morgan excepted to a point.

In fact, it could be argued that the one's that might grow into championship capable players from the current crop, pre-date Nourry: Walsh, Murphy-Cooper, Kolli and perhaps Sutton. .
