What are people’s thoughts on this? Inspirational or motivational or all a bit David Brent? Personally if this was my manager I’d ask for a transfer immediately. |

| Forum Thread | Bordeaux go bust at 19:18 25 Jul 2024
100 years of football history gone. They won the league and cup double in 2009. Terribly sad. Barbet a free agent presumably? |
| Forum Thread | Loftus Road support at 12:04 25 Feb 2024
I’d quite understand that a match involving any team placed 22nd in the table against the team at the bottom would be a rather depressing prospect. The fact the Loftus Road was sold out, the place was rocking and we were fully behind the team (and have been for quite some time now despite deep moments of frustration and anxiety) is pretty remarkable. It’s support like that that lifts a team and contributes to success. I’d say our support deserves a big pat on the back. Well done everyone. |

Good to see the £85k TV revenue going to those that really need it. |

| Forum Thread | Worst season ever at 16:56 1 Apr 2023
I thought our time in the Premier league was beyond awful but I think this is worse. To have nose dived so drastically and now be so close to relegation is there a shout that this is the worst season ever? |

| Forum Thread | Luke Amos at 11:17 5 Oct 2022
Thought Amos has gone a bit under the radar after last night. He won the ball twice to set up Chairs near post shot in the 1st half and then showed good fitness levels to sprint and close down their defender to give Dykes and Roberts the chance to score. He also took up some good attacking positions. For me, he impacts a game more than Iroegbunam who has a terrible habit of being pushed off the ball too easily. With Willock possibly being out for some time the more attacking threat of Amos means he could well get a good run in the team. |
| Forum Thread | It just ain’t right at 10:24 3 Sep 2022
Mick Beale has just posted on his Twitter account his support for Glasgow Rangers in todays old firm derby. As the manager of a different club, my club, is this right? As a QPR fan has commented on his tweet - “It’s like being cuckolded’. 😂 |
| Forum Thread | 22/23 Squad rebuild. at 18:35 23 Apr 2022
In a desperate attempt to remain positive about QPR I’ve turned my thoughts to next season and the squad rebuild that is, once again, necessary. I’d just like to mention that Reading’s John Swift, aged 26, 11 goals, 13 assists is, I believe, out of contract at the end of the season. Oh, and Michal Helik might not want to play in League One next year. |
| Forum Thread | Sam Field at 09:43 26 Jan 2022
I thought Sam Field had a very effective game again last night. He’s very good at what he does and covers a lot of ground seemingly effortlessly. At times he almost became a fourth center back. However with him playing a more deeper role than Dozzell or Amos it obviously makes us more solid but less creative and threatening at the other end of the pitch. We’ve barely created anything at all in the last couple of games. Maybe Field is more suited to playing in away games, against teams like Fulham and coming on as a sub when we need to hold onto a lead than starting games. I prefer Warburtons more aggressive tactics than his tendency toward being a bit more conservative ( no jokes please) which was on show in our first game against West Brom. |
| Forum Thread | Whisper it quietly… at 21:30 10 Dec 2021
Watching the Brentford Watford game and the quality is pretty poor. It got me thinking that, as a pair, Chair and Willock would be a marked improvement to the attacking options for at least the bottom nine teams in the Premier league. I can’t think of any other example of two players being transferred at the same time to the same club. Not that we’ll be selling either of them of course. |
