In the absence of anyone else who is of proven ability being available, we are halfway through the season and Tonda knows the squad and has done well I’d give him the job. End of the season then review. |

Give the man the job at least till the end of the season. The way he is going and the difference he has made in such a short time I wouldn’t mind if they gave him a longer contract. For the first time in god knows how long it feels good to be a Saints fan. |

What impressed me most was Saints had a game plan and stuck to it. When Leicester had the ball we got everyone defending rather than racing around like headless chickens. It’s taken TE 4 games to set up his best side and get the team playing. I’d give him the job as he clearly has something, the players like him, and he knows the real game not from playing computer games. He’s everything Still isn’t. Get him signed up because if we don’t someone will come in for him. |

My guess is TE respects Lallana and values his experience of working with Klopp and others and wants him to help bring through players from the U21s. The promotion of Cam Bragg has been a breath of fresh air and nurturing and developing young players and giving them 1st team opportunities has always been the Saints way. |
