I think the question needs to be asked if this Argentina team is the worst ever side to play in a world cup final. Or at least the worst performance. Not a single shot, even off target, in 90 minutes, is nothing short of abysmal |

Growing up we played a version where we used tennis scoring. So 1:1 3 darts each, high score got the point. Tennis Darts or Dennis Tarts depending on how much we'd been drinking. |

Yeah to be honest, was it a good world cup for us?
Croatia had one fantastic half of football, overall a very good performance
Drew with Ghana, not great.
Workmanlike against Panama, fine
Really struggled against DR Congo, Kane got us out of jail
Mexico, good performance really up against the odds, but honestly, we should have lost that game and would have done if they hadn't decided their best route to goal for the last 20 minutes was slinging crosses into the box and trying to beat our 6ft7 defender in the air
Norway was fine, but really that game was a coin flip and we just sat back and got lucky they didn't score in ET.
Argentina another coin flip and then just brutal brutal decision to sit back again.
Who in the squad could you actually say had a better than average world cup overall? Bellingham certainly, Kane did, although really struggled in last couple of games. Thought Djed Spence was great. Other than that I'm struggling a bit.
Compare that to France who bar one game against Spain looked dominant, or Spain who really haven't looked in danger of losing a single game they've played |

To be honest I don't think there's anyone in our squad we shouldnt be selling if a £10m+ offer came in
That's actual £10m though, not £10m in Nourry-math including the value of the rest of his contract multiplied by the square root of the contract length divided by the phase of the moon |

There's 10 different ways he could have made subs to help.
If your players have 17 minutes after the goal and had 12% possession then that's 7 minutes after you could have done something and the solution isnt "put more defenders on"
Your job as a manager is to put his players in a position to succeed. If you think he did that then we're watching a different game. We're well past the Harry Redknapp days of "fackin run around a bit" and put it all on the players |

Our plan at the end was to get the ball to the right back and have him put crosses in. Thank God we brought a plethora of legitimate right backs with two working hamstrings to the world cup. |

This gets the headline because it's Trump, and it's a ridiculous decision to overturn it even if the on field decision was harsh, but FIFA put themselves in this position based on their transparent attempt to get Ronaldo to play in the world cup by deferring that ban for literally no reason. Once that was done I'm not surprised the floodgates are opening |
