I don't like the gambling angle, would prefer us not to have anything associated with gambling on the shirt, but its not like its a new thing for us, we've been at it for years.
If we're going to put a gambling company on the shirt anyway, why not one with a Q in it, works well with QPR... |

I really like him.
Yes he's limited, yes he's mad, but like Bosh says - he's ours!
i think he can be coached to be better.
I think we have much bigger issues elsewhere - the middle of the park is priority, along with RB if RND isn't coming full time. |

Growing up, we always had boxer dogs, and they were just lovely - mental, but lovely.
As a grown up, with a family, we have a miniature Dachshund, again, just such a little character. She sleeps on my desk, next to my laptop during the day and loves sleeping on Mrs Monkey's lap in the evening. |

Not as bad as people forming an orderly queue - out the fücking door! - whilst the rest of the bar remains empty.
I won't do it. Even when the fella next in line in the queue looks at me as though i'm mental, gesturing to the queue behind him... I just say i'm not doing it, and then a few behind him, muttering the same, join me along the bar - victory!

I too am still positive about the signings - i truly believe that the past 2 windows have been our most positive for a long long time. I know what is happening on the pitch doesn't bear this out, but I honestly don't know why. |

I does put the 'start the season undercooked so that we come into our own at the business-end of the season' in the toilet, eh?
I do think the club needs a rethink on who's running the fitness, or the strategy etc.
Madsen is a HUGE loss... imagine saying that a year ago.

I thought the first half was decent.
We responded well to going a goal down, and I was hopeful that we could come back out for the 2nd half and continue with that positive reaction.
Then they got that bloody goal right at the end of the 1st half – Walsh hesitated, I think it was Mbengue that lost the little fella, and that was that - killer blow.
The capitulation wasn't good, obviously, and the mentality of this team to not be able to follow-up a good performance with another good performance is concerning, definitely, but certainly not a surprise given that this has been our modus operandi for quite some time.
I don't really understand the 'is he for real!' reaction, or some of the other over-the-top reaction, but that's me, and you're all entitled to your opinions.
I'm not happy with mediocrity, but i'm happy that we're moving in the right direction, and away from the relegation dogfight we've had ad nauseum the past few years. I don't think our problems can be fixed that quickly - we're going to move 2 steps forward, and 3 steps back for a while, but at times this season, the team has shown belief that we can look to the playoffs as a target, and its probable that we won't get there this season, but maybe next year?
Its a chastening loss, and the 2nd half was a hard watch, but I still think we're better off now, under Stephan, and dare i say it, even under Nourry, than we have been in many a year.
Thats my opinion, anyway. |
