You're right and the theory was developed in the early 80s but Bloomberg went hard on it, possibly to appease some of his donors. However, it wouldn't be the first pile of sh3t emanating from that old witch, imported the good ol' American hire and fire strategy. Reminds me of modern US politics somehow....
The CEO at my former company mentioned the bloomberg broken windows policy during an apparent morale raising speech, to which I questioned whether they were aware of the horrendous brutality meeted out to ordinary Nu Yorkers, the stop and search, the arrests without cause etc etc and the intended acceleration of gentrification.... needless to say I was given the elbow 3 months later with an NDA..... oh sh3t, my name's Vlad from Slovakia if anyone's asking

My dear late grandmother used to be a big cliff richard fan, and when I worked at the Albert Hall I managed to get her tickets but she was too ill to attend. His 'fans' are/were truly weird and I photocopied my nan a letter from a Japanese lady who documented her story of following Cliff all over the world and then sent a letter titled "Cliff's chase", a kind of begging letter for tickets. My nan loved it. Anyway on the passing of my grandfather I stayed with her for about two weeks and she would play John Denver's 'Annie's Song' on repeat, which at the time of being a 13 year old boy into jungle and happy hardcore was particularly jarring, but I have since developed a bit of a soft spot for the track nowadays... Anyway, moving on...
