While fulton starting wouldn’t have been my choice he was far from our biggest problem this evening. He had a decent shift but all the money spent on midfielders should mean he should be lucky to make the squad without injuries
Not sure what’s happened to stamenic, Galbraith took on 2 roles once he came on just to try and keep the ball going forward.
Couple of positives in terms of tempo this evening inthe first half but very worried how quickly we reverted to type and how easy we are to play against when we try and go forward |

We have to go into the next appointment with an open mindset no matter who it is. Experience doesn’t guarantee the success otherwise there would be no experienced managers available
Our squad feels like it needs energy. If whoever comes in can provide that and get us on the front foot for the first time I years ill be happy. I also think we have a squad capable of it |

There’s no guarantee experience will change anything
All I know at this point is that if he tries to get is to play football at the tempo Klopp had his Liverpool team going at it will be an improvement visually.
Think enough young managers have come through and done well, we unfortunately haven’t chosen them. |

How about Eric Ramsey - looks to have done well since we didn’t go with him before (if we were looking at him at all)

Yeah this exactly, despite my feelings about the football felt some sympathy at the end of the last game when the chanting started as he’s clearly a nice guy.
Had to go though and glad they pulled the trigger now firstly for us and also to get rid before the crowds got toxic |

Think he’s been quality, huge upgrade on Darling.
Not his best game today with ball at his feet and looks better as part of a 2 but overall an excellent signing |

Still crazy how we take more chances with the ball when we’re in our own half than we are willing to take to make something happen the other end.
Dont expect us to play like we saw from Man City. But some genuine off the ball movement by people actually expecting to get the ball would be an improvement. |

What other team would take off a striker with 2 quality goals, leading the line well and playing with full confidence with 20 mins to go in a tight game.
We should have been doing everything we could to get the ball to him, not take him off!!! |
