As Clive has pointed out innumerable times before, each sub made us progressively worse - but this was the most stark example I've ever seen.
Amos - completely aimless. Good (bumbling) run into their box but almost managed to find the Upper Loft from the penalty spot.
Dickie - please can we have the option of minus marks just for him? An absolute spent ghost, best thing would be for him to retire at this point.
Uncs - absolutely spent, couldn't even pass to a teammate 5 yards away last night.
Richards - utterly pointless. |

Loved the new-found aggression and attacking from the off. I also think it was a masterstroke from Gaz giving the armband to Chris Martin as he led by example from the front. Just makes us that bit nastier, which we've been lacking for years.
Really enjoyed the game, great to see Loftus Rd rocking again. The only mild caveat the morning after is that Watford were utterly pathetic. The amount of times they just gifted us the ball was unreal.
Tough to mark the ref/s - 1st half was pretty good but the 2nd was awful. Not complaining but I thought that stupid Amos challenge was a nailed-on penalty |

Awful, turgid game.
Austin needs one other player within 20 yards of him otherwise he has absolutely no-one else to pop the ball off to, and becomes ineffective.

I honestly believe someone should sabotage Sheidt-Phillips' boots before a game (although the way he plays, looks like they already have!) to stop him being picked as a guarenteed starter. The man is absotively, posolutely useless. He has no redeeming qualities on a football pitch whatsoever, and why he therefore started in the creative space behind our decent front 2 instead of Akos or even Mackie simply defies belief.
We weren't helped by some woeful officiating, but Hughes needs to take a hard look at himself with regards to team selection.
