4 wickets thrown away Brook Smith Jacks and Stokes v a 2 and half man bowling attack. Only 74 overs bowled if I had my way 10 runs per over short would have England at 480 and would change the way Test matches are played oh and force teams to pick a spinner game in balance thanks to the best English batsman of my lifetime

Looks like another loss to start a series Down Under and to an Aussies side missing 2 key bowlers. Surely must be time to consider a little bit less Bazball and a little bit and try and bat for a 100 overs give the bowlers some respite.

Sadly the rivalry pretty much currently mirrors QPR's with Chelscum and Middlesex are the Hoops though probably actually nearer to Orient in comparison.Still at least Middlesex have produced winning Ashes captains in Australia since Bodyline the Brown Cappers last winner Down Under nearly had The Aussies leaving The Empire.

Fully understand the disappointment at being beaten 6 2 was the team we played our strongest line up No was it a reasonably strong team yep . To be fair with QPR's record in the FA Cup there is no guarantee of our strongest team beating a weakened Leicester team and Leicester's team was basically their first choice eleven.
We have not won an away FA Cup game other than replays this Millennium . I fully understand peoples ire but sadly this is how the FA Cup is treated these days with very few clubs putting out anything like their strongest team.

Maybe the club could use the opportunity to rearrange the mid week match at Middlesbrough for that Saturday as their opponents that weekend Stoke also are in the 4th round

I was at that game think we may have lost 2 1 but I was in the seating area in the main stand under covers texting my 3 fellow car passengers who were on the terrace with you saying how lovely and dry it was fairly soon got told i'd get very wet on the long walk home stopped my banter. The coldest is either Blackpool away in January Big Ben Burgess scored a last minute winner for them Oldham away in January either a 1 1 draw or 2 1 defeat or my favourite a 2 0 defeat at Grimsby mid week in November when Steve Livingston scored

The only way alcohol can save us in this game is if the Swansea team start drinking hard spirits at half time and half their team stay in the changing room even then I think we'd still struggle to score 3 goals. So off the pace in terms of drive commitment and ability to find someone in the same shirt. If this stays under 5 we have had a result
