The council owned the Vetch which they got at a very good price because of the previous state of the Swans. There were all kinds of Grants and deals done and the ground was also meant for the ospreys. Wrexham own their ground and have a billionaire investor as well as the Hollywood's so criticism of public money being given to a private, wealthy group is surely justified. I know we benefitted from our situation with public money but I would say it was very different. |

I have no idea how we were getting results that we shouldn't have at the end of last season with Sheehan "in charge" with what could simply be stated as a worse squad. The results we have thrown away has to be accounted for and from what I have seen it has been the manager who has made the decisions that have accounted for them.
The owners must be wondering where their money is going and if the fans are not showing any anger then the push the owner's need is going to happen. |

Charles certainly is but it might be the old adage that the Royalty adapts to keep it in power.
Religion will be the thing that sinks this nation - I have no idea on the timescale but that would have been unthinkable when you were a kid.
Maybe the DM doesnt affect your thoughts but you aren't the only one who reads it.
I can't say I buy any particular paper these days as they all have their own bias to spin and it is the spin that sells. |

Enough public pressure would usually do in the same was those who abhor foxhunting - this may seem an odd thing to suggest but are there enough people who care?
Maybe if the Daily Mail were to suggest that Starmer was making people eat Halal then there would be outrage |

Ive got some family in NC and just found out that my grandfather's sister passed away last year just before her 107th birthday. Had completely lost touch with them 30 years ago and was doing some ancestry stuff and I found that - now in touch with some of them.
I know it's not supposed to be mentioning that on this thread but just had to. |
