But she just smiled and turned away — Report
at 11:50:19

I couldn’t face sitting by the computer listening to the inevitable defeat So when I had the offer of seeing Ross County Hearts I took it Good game by the way I avoided the score till coming out of the game I am resigned to us drifting away to mid table Realistically we havent been good enough this season to go up With our resources we would have spent the the season losing ….Sheffield Utd next oh dear don’t fancy that another defeat but I will be back listening

I have often walked down this street before - Report
at 10:28:15

Surely one of the things Warburton needs to sort out during the break is the way we start matches
Both Brentford and Boro we allow the opposition to have possession stroke it around get settled then push forward get in crosses and eventually score THEN we start playing. So we are always chasing the game When weve had our two good spells oof results this season I don't remember that happening, especially against Luton !

Thanks Clive really interesting to hear the other teams views Worryinly the "doesn't change" seems to be a consistent thread. The will do at underdog teams comment will suit us because that's what we are nowadays

McClaren suffers long term pain after short term gain — Column
at 11:41:26

No problem with either Olly or McLaren going, they both deserved it dreadful form equals the sack What really gets me was the Warnock sacking absolutely ridiculous. I couldn't believe the stick he was getting at MK Dons that day, after all he had done for us. Sometimes QPR fans deserve what they get

We have a lot of underperforming players and no money, best of luck to the next guy

QPR twist again, Holloway departs - Column
at 18:53:10

Well its been coming over the last 2 weeks since TF was on the podcast so I'm not surprised . Olly has done an OK job bearing in mind the financial constraints and bringing the young players into the team but results wise its been poor Those two six defeats in a row weren't good and we were lucky there has been two seasons of poor bottom 3 teams to give us safety
I'm not so angry hes gone as I was when Neil Warnock was sacked after the MK Dons game after all he did the season before That was just plain stupid. It would have been nice if Olly had walked but it seems he was sacked which is a bit harsh, but I didn't have the faith in him to improve things next season and to change now is the right time not after 10 games next season

It would be good to keep a thread after a sacking and look back on it when the next Manager comes in . It would be interesting reading
Thanks Olly I will always be grateful that you brought QPR up to the Highlands for that pre season tour during your successful stint here

Terry Venables, my first hero — Column
at 20:49:55

I still remember one of his free kick ideas. 1) put a player on the end of the wall 2) Decoy player runs over the ball and carries on running 3) 3rd player usually Venables, passes to player at the end of wall. 4) Player at the end of wall tickles the ball sideways to the running decoy player who slams the ball into the net .... GOAL If anyone has an example on You Tube I would love to see it

Off-colour QPR hand Rowett first Derby win - Report
at 21:46:17

Silly me. I thought after our recent performances we would give it a go What a dreadful match I spent the whole game shouting at the tele pass it to one of ours FFS ! I thought Olly would sort things out at half time but we kept repeating what we did in the first half backing off giving the ball away, and lumping it forward to Smith
I felt for the 500 what a waste of time. It wont be better at Villa either

My winter with Ollie - Column
at 22:02:48

I met Olly very briefly when he brought the team up to the Highlands for the pre season tour after promotion from Div 1 I went along to a couple of training sessions to watch I had a quick chat with him, he wondered how I was QPR so far from London I had arranged for the local paper to come along and I got my picture in it with Kevin Gallen and Gareth Ainsworth Also they visited a local school for a coaching session Thoroughly nice guy and very approachable, Be nice if he brings them up here again

Sylla’s late leveller can’t save Hasselbaink’s job — Report
at 13:07:25

Great report Listened to the game on Player with Andy Sinton co commentating. As a classic winger for us " head down get past the full back sling in a cross" he was saying the same thing as you in the report We seem to have plenty of wingers now which we didn't in the past (Routledge excluded ) yet we don't play in a way where we us them effectively
Glad to see the back of JFH some of the worst football Ive ever seen from QPR The Newcastle game was a disgrace Usually I'm willing to give anyone a chance but enough is enough Re a new manager Ive no idea ..Clement Hodgson and Warburton. I like Guidolin but possibly too much of a risk

QPR ride luck to break Fulham duck despite Mason’s efforts — Report
at 16:28:10

Great report as usual Clive. Listening 500 miles away it seemed that once Fulham took Parker off it allowed Rangers to get back into the game after that period in the 2nd half of non stop opportunities for Fulham. I just knew they would get a penalty or something in the last minutes. Didnt expect them to miss though. Cue pandemonium and manic laughter in my little upstairs room. At last a decent match this season.(well since the Leeds game ) However it certainly wasn't a good performance could have easily been another 6-0
