Does he know most of the team though? Henderson, Allen, Raff, Bunney, Lillis, Camps. That's it, isn't it?
I'm drooling over the prospect of him linking up with Henderson again, they were probably my favourite partnership I've ever seen at Dale.
I hope he plays on Saturday because he's a star at this level, but my head says he won't. |
I should imagine he also knows or recognises Cannon if he knows Camps. And he definitely knows McNulty. So I make it that from my line up he doesn't know three of the players. Keane, Nthle and Rathbone so yeah I think my 'most' statement just about holds up 
Really looking forward to it now but I have it in my head that we don't start seasons very well. I think we'll be well up for it and go all out but we'll either batter them or get a battering I think. Either way I'm expecting a lot of goals tomorrow. | |

Following up on this, our only win in 6 league meetings came in March 2014, 3-0 at home. Must admit, it'd completely slipped my memory
Our only other point was gained, bizarrely, away in 1978/79 (1-1) when we were a truly awful outfit
I'd settle for the same result today, although I've predicted a 1-2 win in the prediction league, Davies to score first
