I was surprised at so many changes to the team, he changed half the defence against Woking, after beating Oxford and we were woeful, does he not learn from his mistakes or does he think he is a technical genius? The problem is and this may be unfair, he is has the mentality of a youth coach, whilst managing a man's team, I always remember BBM once saying it was developing the players after a defeat, I sometimes feel McNulty as the same attitude to managing. I hope he can change it around, but considering he seems to lack a plan B, C or D he send the players out and hoping things will change. | | | |

I'm not watching today, but went last week and was amazed at his lack of movement. There were zero attempts to find space or get a couple of yards from his marker.
However, our overall midfield play was too defensive, with only Sinclair offering any pace. East should be playing 15 yards further forward.
