Agreed, he's a huge asset when the opposition are launching desperation balls into the box and from set pieces. It's a bit like sending a centre half up top to ping balls up too when chasing a game, he might look good in small bursts but playing 90 minutes there is a completely different proposition. Would Calvin still be as effective against smaller strikers and teams that like to play the ball on the deck? I remember his disastrous cameo at left back last season, when he looked completely out of his depth. Maybe it's an option that can be explored in the off season (if he's still here) or if we were safe mid table, but it's not the time to start experimenting now. [Post edited 24 Mar 2019 9:32]
