Thought u did alright to be fair. 1st half especially, our keeper well and truly kept us in it and really it should have been 1-1 at half time. Flickers got the better of hilly in the second half tactically but I reckon the doom and gloom threads on here are pretty much unwarranted. Was nervous when vinchenti came on but flickers nullified him by bringing brown on.

There was no tactical battle to be won. As posted elsewhere, anyone with a bit of footballing knowledge could manage your squad to win games like today.

Just trying to make us feel a bit less crap,Heysy?
Dale usually start slowly, we "gave" Vale a 1-0 start last week but came on strong and 2nd half shot out of the blocks.......expected something similar today.........but got sweet fa. Not a decent effort on goal the whole half.
But when Michael Rose is thrown on and we are chasing a goal in a "do or die" match we knew the towel had been thrown in ....

Nah...honestly thought we would have gone in at Halftime 1-1.
You had used rattled for the last 20mins of the first half and but some worldys it should really have been a draw at half time. Which then would have changed the game totally in the second half as we would have had to come out and not sit back. | | | |

Good hooper chance ( should have passed to Calvin for an open net tap in ) just before HT.
Second half was as frustrating watching Dale as it's been for a while.
Honestly can't remember a full on chance second half unless you count McNulty effort into the sandy back wall. | | | |
